A pure life is to practice self-compassion while embracing your true self.  Having a daily flow of wellness in your life can be rewarding for your body and mental health by offering you clarity and focus. The Pura Vida way to wellness will help you find clarity by creating an outdoor space for you to be fully aware and mindful of our senses while noticing the beauty that surrounds us.  These activities are available to you in an individual or group setting and are designed to help you feel grounded and balanced as you practice self-compassion and treat yourself to mindfulness experience in nature.  

Wellness program activities offered include:

·Paddle board or Kayaking on the lake

·Mountain Biking on trails

·Day and Sunset hiking

·Barefoot walking experience

·Yoga and Meditation in nature

·Mindful walking
